Registration includes: admission to the technical sessions; a program book with all of the conference abstracts; lunches on Tues, June 20 - Thurs, June 22; coffee/tea breaks on all days of the conference; and a reception on the evening of Tues, June 20. Registrants will also have access to the conference proceedings (includes the conference presentations that authors have given us permission to publish) after the conclusion of the conference.
Note: Attendees can also book their room nights for the Hyatt Regency Vancouver during the conference registration process at the special group rate of approx. $200 USD/night. Rooms include complimentary internet. If you have specific requests for the set up of your room (e.g. two double beds vs. king bed) or if you have any other questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations received in writing at email@example.com no later than Monday, May 22, 2017 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee.
